The nativity scene is an art form that is easy to read and allows everyone to find familiar elements to recognize.
Little ones love animals, and in the crib, in addition to the flocks and all the farm animals, there are dogs, cats, camels, and elephants to look for among the figurines.
The less young are enchanted by the reconstruction of period interiors and especially by the statues reminiscent of old trades such as the knife grinder or the umbrella maker.
Exquisitely educational are the dioramas with reconstructions of the biblical story, either scattered throughout the exhibition or gathered in the electronic nativity scene representation.
